The National Gallery in London has released updated designs for the NG200 project. The design has continued to evolve to create a more welcoming and inclusive experience for visitors with a newly imagined public realm including a new “square within a square” in front of the Sainsbury Wing, along with bringing more light into the building with updated glazing and double height spaces. The project also includes updates to the Research Centre making it more visible and accessible. Selldorf is working on the project alongside Purcell, Vogt Landscape, Arup, Pentagram, L’Observatoire, Kaizen and Kendrick Hobbs.
